Prescription Refills

In our ongoing effort to make your pet's health care as convenient and easy as possible, you can now request a refill for your pet's prescription by submitting the following form. Please be sure to fill in all the requested information. The prescription refill must be approved by a doctor.

**Please allow 24 hours for medications to be filled**

Please call 24 hours after your request to see if your medications are ready for pick up.  If you would prefer to have the prescription mailed to you, we can take credit card information over the phone. Please mention this shipping request in the additional information area. (Note: There is nominal postage fee for shipping medications and certain medications may not be able to be delivered via mail service).
