Twin Cities Veterinary Clinic offers a Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Program to help eligible pet owners access important surgical care for their pets. Please complete the application below so our team can review your information and determine whether you qualify for free or reduced-cost services.

Pet Information

RABIES DISCLOSURE:

Alaska state law (7 AAC 27.022) requires dogs and cats over four months old to be vaccinated against rabies with an approved vaccine. If you are unable to provide proof of current rabies vaccination, the vaccine will be administered by us during the surgical visit at your expense. Rabies vaccines must be renewed and are typically valid for 1 or 3 years.

All fields must be completed in full, and supporting financial document(s) must be provided when submitting the application. Your information provided on this form is private and confidential. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Eligibility and approval for the low-cost spay/neuter program are determined solely at the discretion of Twin Cities Veterinary Clinic (TCVC). Management may request additional financial documentation or information after reviewing the application to make a final determination. If an application is approved, a TCVC team member will contact the applicant to schedule the procedure and confirm the final cost. In periods of high demand or limited availability, priority may be given to existing TCVC clients and/or applicants with urgent or extenuating circumstances. You do not need to be an existing client to apply.
